Anne de Montarlot has been a psychotherapist in London since 2014. Her approach is based on powerful tools to get to know you better and help you regain confidence in the future and in your own resources. Alongside this integrative humanistic orientation, she uses cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT).
She takes care to create a climate of presence and deep listening, in confidentiality and without judgement. Between the weight of the past and the fear of the future, therapeutic analysis offers concrete help towards a better understanding of oneself: it contributes to an improvement in symptoms and to a feeling of well-being.
She sees adults and young adults, from the age of 18. She also uses the MBTI psychometric questionnaire to guide students through their academic journey.
