Dr Sophie Bouvresse graduated in medicine from Paris VI medical university in 2008 and completed her specialist studies in dermatology and venereology the same year. She is a former intern and former Head of Clinic-Assistant (chef de clinique-assistant) of the Paris hospitals, and a member of the French Society of Dermatology and the British Association of Dermatologists.
She specialises in medical dermatology for children and adults: detection and treatment of skin tumours, management of inflammatory conditions (eczema, acne, psoriasis, etc.) and other conditions affecting the skin, nails and scalp. Her surgical dermatology work includes the removal of skin lesions under local anaesthesia.
Dr Bouvresse currently works in London, both in the NHS and in private practice.
